A few weeks back we took you closer to the amazing story behind Pantofola d’Oro football boots and the iconic Lazzarini model. Now we give the Impulso a look and explain the unique animal design.

In the world of football boots, there are brands that make leather boots and then there are brands that make “real” leather boots! That is not to say the others are bad, but the way some brands like Mizuno and Pantofola d’Oro have their boots handcrafted by skilled and experienced cobblers is definitely apparent, when you get to hold a pair.

The Pantofola d’Oro Impulso is another example of what you get, when that much artisan pride goes into the creation of a football boot. During production they are quality checked no less than 46 times, and as the people at the Lazzarini-family factory inspect the Pantofola boots, if they find even the slightest flaw in the sewing, glue or trim, the boots are instantly discarded.

The Impulso is created with a very soft calf leather upper, which has been worked in a particular way to feel extremely flexible and supple. This makes for free movement and a fairly close to the ball feel, while the calf leather in itself is so soft that the comfort is of the very highest order. You will definitely struggle to find a boot that can match the Pantofola d’Oro Impulso for comfort. Add to that a striking python or coccodrillo aesthetic design and you are onto a winner!
