With similar designs, the new FootballX Street shoes have been designed with the purpose of leaving the opponents confused. Making it harder for them to spot your changes of pace and sharp dribbles. This is because the pattern disrupts your opponent's perception of your speed and direction. This makes it even harder for them, to time their tackles. The boot is part of the new FootballX collection, which isn’t about playing by the rules. With a new and revolutionising concept, Nike give you the very best chance of owning street court bragging rights around the world! The name FootballX refers to the amount of players on each team in a "Five-a-side" game and with the new MagistaX you will get the very best touch, which provides you with devastating creativity. The upper on the MagistaX is made from Nike’s supple Flyknit material, which is flexible and has unrivalled comfort. It is a so-called "one-piece" upper, which means the upper is made from a single piece of Flyknit, from heel to toe. The "One-piece" upper makes sure you always have the optimal prerequisites for controlling the ball. The modern footballer doesn’t use special zones, or padding to control the ball, he uses his entire foot. The touch you get with the boot is an extremely close-to-ball experience, thanks to the tight Flyknit upper, where Nike have removed the tongue, to get you as close to the ball as at all possible. The Flyknit upper is in addition coated with NikeSkin, which in turn has a specially constructed 3D texture that gives maximal friction between the boot and ball. Like on the Magista Obra the MagistaX is made with the unique Dynamic Fit Collar. This "collar" goes above your ankle, so the shoe isn’t just a part of your foot, but rather an extension of your leg. The sock-like feeling is unquestionable and your feel for the ball is raised considerably. The outsole is designed to give a good grip on both the ball and pitch, which means you are always in control, when playing in the little pockets of space on the pitch. To give extra support for the foot, it has an EVA mid-sole, which gives great shock-absorbency, when you play on harder surfaces. This indoor shoe has a non-marking sole and is for polished indoor surfaces.
