PUMA Derby Fever Pack is a collection of boots, that puts focus on some of the most famous rivalries around the world. The Santi Cazorla edition is especially designed for the North London derby, which is a fierce local rivalry between the two London based clubs; Arsenal and Tottenham. Both clubs were founded in the 1880’s, and they encountered each other for the first time in a friendly match, that was played on the 19th of December 1887. The match ended 2-1 to Tottenham, and was cut short with 15 minutes to go, because it was too dark to continue playing. The first competitive match between the two clubs, was however played on the 4th of December 1909, were the two clubs met each other in the best English football league at the time, called the First Division, This match ended with a 1-0 victory to Arsenal. Since then, a lot of time has passed and the clubs have met each other a total of 183 times - with a predominance of Arsenal victories to follow. The clubs will face each other yet again, on the 6th of November 2016 at the Emirates Stadium, where Cazorla wearing his Derby Fever boot, together with the rest of the Gunners, will try to conquer yet another victory. Santi Cazorla joined Arsenal in 2012, when he transferred from the Spanish club, Malagá. He is considered a technically sound player and a skilled dribbler, with an impressive strike from both legs. So far, he’s participated in eight North London derbies, with 2 goals and 1 assist as a result. His first derby in the 2012/13 season, which was also his debut season, is still his most successful one yet - where he with an assist and a goal secured himself the 'Man of the Match' title. Hopefully, he can repeat the succes in his Derby Fever Pack boots. and provide a performance of the same caliber once again.

It is an anti-skid technology, and is a strategically placed pattern that increases the level of friction between your feet and the boot. Outsole designed for explosive acceleration
PUMA evoTOUCH PRO outsole is designed with integrated SPEEDTRACK torsion bars, also known from the PUMA evoSPEED. The SPEEDTRACK technology ensures the right balance, between stability and flexibility in the midfoot - as it handles lateral forces efficiently, making it very responsive. The quest for the right balance, can also be found when looking at the studs. The conical studs improves your agility, as they allow you to move in even the smallest areas. With a length that provides an aggressive grip, for a faster acceleration and quicker turns. Furthermore the boot has been designed with a minimalistic exterior heel cap, for increased comfort and stability. The heel cap also adds to the lockdown, for that perfect fit.
